IDFPR releases lists for cannabis licenses
The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) recently released updated document lists for cannabis licenses currently in existence. Those lists include the Active Adult Use Dispensing Organization License list, the Original Lottery Conditional License list, and the Social Equity Criteria Lottery (SECL) Conditional License list.
Illinois currently has 287 active Adult Use Dispensing Organization licenses. IDFPR has issued around 82% of all conditional licenses. A conditional license, however, does not authorize the conditional licensee to engage in the sale of cannabis. IDFPR has rescinded one conditional license from Smoke On, LLC.
IDFPR has issued 17 of the 55 SECL conditional licenses. This list will be updated as more licenses are issued, have updated expiration dates, or are issued their corresponding Adult Use Dispensing Organization License.
