Review: 10th Planet sugar by Nature’s Grace and Wellness
By Benny Blanco
Hailing its namesake in honor of NASA’s discover of a 10th planet (even considering Pluto’s demotion), this strain is sure to please as it launches you along for the ride. While other cultivators have been making extracts for much longer than Nature’s Grace and Wellness, NGW seems to be learning at an impressive rate.
This concentrate boasts an 88.47% total cannabinoid analysis, which seems to guarantee that this concentrate will lift you into space. 10th Planet is a cross between Planet of the Grapes and the Pluto cut of Quattro Kush. While there is not any terpene testing information on the label, this sugar creates a near harmonic dance between its hybrid heritage.
When I opened this jar, the first thing that jumped out is how impressive the sugar looked. The stunning sugar shimmered and danced like a diamond in the light. When I first smelled this sugar, I was excited to dip in.
The aroma started off with a citrusy burst, followed closely by strong grapey tones lurking in the background. When dabbed, the immediate gassy, yet fruity flavor was first to the flight deck. As the flavor journey continued, a pungent and skunky taste took control. On the exhale, a slight grass and gassy grape flavor strapped into the pilot’s seat as this strain carried me to a relaxed, yet motivated high.
This strain hailed true to its lineage of being an almost balanced hybrid. As this strains effects kicked in, it began with a rather cerebral, yet relaxed sensation. As the high settled, the slightly indica dominant nature crept up, leaving a relaxed, yet balanced dose of motivation.
After several dabs, the high could be very conducive to creativity and energy. However, if you’re seeking a more relaxed buzz, this strain seemed to do the trick as well. As doses increased, an almost ‘lost in the sauce’ haze sunk over the body.
I look forward to seeing many more new strains hit the market soon as this strain was remarkably enjoyable. This would be an excellent choice for consumers looking for a potent yet balanced high, excellent for daytime or after work tension relief. This strains’ hybrid nature allows for use practically at any time.
