I have been consuming a lot of RSO lately because of a physical injury, so I picked up two flavors of Mighty Rayne’s RSO Macro Gummy from Realeaf Botanicals to review. The Macro Gummy flavors included Raspberry Lemonade and Blackberry Lime.

Mighty Rayne’s RSO Macro came as one puck-shaped semi-translucent gummy. The dark red gummies were about an inch and a half wide and a half-inch thick and contained 100mg of THC each. The texture was a smooth soft mouthfeel that broke down after a few chews.

Let’s face it, I’m not eating RSO gummies for the flavor. The real question was if the flavor can mask the RSO’s bitter earthiness. The Blackberry Lime blended a citrusy lemon-lime with a berry sweetness. The flavor masked the RSO relatively well, leaving only a slight aftertaste. The Raspberry Lemonade delivered lemon-citrus forward on the initial that quickly added an earthy raspberry. The Raspberry Lemonade also masked the RSO relatively well but had a little more bite on the back end and the aftertaste. Overall, both flavor blends did the difficult job of making the RSO more appealing from a flavor standpoint.

The effects hit as expected with a strong but relaxing body buzz that started in the arms and legs and spread inward. The onset was fairly fast and provided a slow build and sinking sensation. Eventually, the body buzz finished with a heavy-blanket feeling that eased the pain in my joints and muscles (the exact reason I use RSO). The head high was somewhat clearheaded without the heavy sedation that often comes with RSO. The RSO Macro Gummy led to a boosted appetite and a solid night’s sleep.

The ingredients for both flavors were organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, water, pectin; less than 2%: natural flavor, canna block, natural color, citric acid, sodium citrate, carnauba wax, MCT oil, and ethanol extracted RSO oil.
