Review: Pineapple Live Resin Gummies by Lost Farm
As recently mentioned in my Citrus Spritz Live Resin Gummies review, we at Illinois News Joint are big fans of live resin gummies. To continue through the Lost Farm strain-specific gummies, I picked up at Sunnyside Champaign the Pineapple Live Resin Gummies to review.
The Pineapple Live Resin Gummies were listed as indica and infused with the strain Ice Cream Cake. The 10 pack of gummies contained 10mg of live-rosin derived THC each. The ingredients were sugar, tapioca syrup, water, pectin, contains 2% or less of: citric acid, natural flavor, sodium citrate, sodium malate, cannabis extract, and fruit and vegetable juice for color.

The almost-translucent yellow gummies, half-domed with flattened tops, were three-quarters-of-an-inch across and a third-of-an-inch thick and lightly coated with sugar. The texture had a slight pushback on the initial bite but then dissolved into a chewier feel. The gummies had a strong pineapple and citrus flavor on the front end that, after a few chews, mixed with sugary vanilla back notes that helped cover the hint of earthy cannabis. The palate was left with the tart pineapple aftertaste.
It’s worth mentioning again that a full-spectrum high kicks my chronic pain in the sweet spot harder than most other infused gummies. I’m also noticing that the labeled sativa, indica, and hybrid live-resin gummies have a more accurate effects for the labeling than other gummies. With other gummies, the sativa, indica, and hybrid have had the same effects, but the Pineapple Live Resin Gummies were more sedative than the hybrid Citrus Spritz, sativa Strawberry Lemon, and sativa blueberry gummies (reviews for the last two forthcoming).

The Pineapple Live Resin Gummies’ head high had more thougthlock and thought wandering. As with all the flavors, the head high hit heavier than expected and this indica strain caused some even more careless motivation, especially with higher doses. The heaviness of the head high and body buzz became drowsy halfway through the buzz and led to heavier night of sleep than the other flavors. The body buzz landed with a large wave of relaxation that hit the body all at once. The muscle relaxation spread from core to extremities before turning into a heavy blanket across my entire body.
