Review: White Widow Disposable Vape by Crystal Clear
One reason I’m still such a proponent of vapes is that they provide a dosing mechanism that simply didn’t exist (for most) in the days before legalization. Smaller, more discrete doses can be a lifesaver for patients that have to maintain a busy schedule. As mentioned, I always keep a vape cart ready to go, and my latest “on deck” option was the White Widow Disposable Vape by Crystal Clear.
Crystal Clear White Widow is a blend of cannabis distillate and botanically derived terpenes. This cart tested at 0.28% CBD, 1.84% CBG, 88.56% Delta 9 THC, and 91.38% total cannabinoids. Terpenes were 7.03% of the total weight with limonene, β-myrcene, β-caryophyllene, α-pinene, and linalool being the heaviest.

Crystal Clear offers the same basic disposable hardware for all vapes, a classic stick battery with a glass tank. There are no buttons or settings and a simple hit-to-activate mechanism. A USB charging port can be found at the bottom, a good piece of hardware “insurance” in case the charge runs out before the oil.
The flavor carried notes of sharp diesel, celery seed, hops, and sage. The entire profile was very sharp and tangy without any sweetness to cut through the sharp edge. The flavor was stronger than a standard distillate-based cart, a fact I owe to the relatively high vape temperature as a few chained together hits could make for quite a hot tank.
The Crystal Clear White Widow Vape opened quickly with a relaxing headspace that sharpened my focus for a short time but kept my energy level steady. A smile overcame my face, and I found myself more talkative than usual. The physical side of the effect profile didn’t really hit me until I chained together a few hits, providing a short-lived feeling of pressure in my core.
The entire White Widow Vape experience was fast acting but short lived and while a couple hits could get me through a grocery trip, I needed another dose by the time I was loading up the car. Overall, Crystal Clear has an intriguing flavor profile in the White Widow cart and an anytime effect profile that was flexible enough to do anything with.
