Nature’s Care Co. West Loop opened September 28, 2020, and is located 810 West Randolph Street in Chicago. The retail store serves recreational customers with hours of operation from 8 a.m.–10 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.

Nature’s Care Co. offers loyalty rewards and other discounts for all customers, including Veterans, adult students, SSDI beneficiaries, and senior citizens. Nature’s Care Co. orders from all Illinois cultivators and also offers a “defective product reimbursement process” for customers.

Nature’s Care Co. West Loop is a 1,500 square-foot facility and was the first dispensary in the West Loop. Nature’s Care Co. signed a historic Community benefits Agreement (CBA) with the Cannabis Equity Illinois Coalition (CEIC). Along with the agreement with CEIC, Nature’s Care Co. also is involved in the Illinois Minority Cannabis Business Operators (IMCBO), Illinois Women in Cannabis, West Central Association (WCA), and Fire Bird Community Arts.
