“High Harbor’s 4/20 Cannabis Kick Back event will be an outdoor event 21+ on Wednesday 4/20, 4:20-8 pm.  FREE for IL MMJ cardholders.  Chris Tarply & Friends will be our opener and perform from 4:20-5:45pm.  Joint rolling contest with prizes from 5:45-6:15 pm. Dexter O’Neal & Funkyard will perform from 6:30-8pm.  We’re expecting over 30 vendors including live glassblowing and a ‘budrista’ bar.  Grill ‘Em All & Cheese Nuts Pizzeria are the food vendors.  Weather permitting- we are planning our infamous drone joint drop again.”
