The 6th Annual Southern Illinois Hemp Cannabis Symposium recently set a date for its 2025 event and opened registration for participants, exhibitors, and sponsors. The Hemp Cannabis Symposium, sponsored by the Southern Illinois University Cannabis Science Center, is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Sept. 19.

To register by mail or fax, complete the participant registration form,  sponsor/exhibitor registration form, or poster presenter registration form with credit card information to Conference and Scheduling Services at 618-453-5680. The Mclafferty Annex—home of the SIU Illinois Food, Entrepreneurship, Research and Manufacturing (iFERM) Hub of the Illinois Innovation Network—is set to host the Hemp Cannabis Symposium. Exhibitor space, sponsorships, and tickets are now open.

The SIU Cannabis Science Center was established to form a collaborative network for cannabis research. Working groups across campus work together with a combined interest in cannabis.
