We’re back with another Medical Patient Homegrown Reviews and are please to introduce Jane Grow #2 to our educational series. Jane Grow #2 recently harvest Purple Monster by All American Seed Co.

Purple Monster is a feminized autoflower hybrid cross between Big Devil XL x Purple Kush. This harvest tested at 20% THC at Group Gardening Carbondale and took about 12 weeks from seed to harvest. The buds were thick and purple with rusty pistils.

Purple Monster aroma delivers a sweet, berry, and mint citrus. The flavor follows with sweet citrus, fruit, floral and perfume with sour berries on the back end. The effects were a calming clear-headed euphoric high that eventually hit with a tingly body buzz. While potent, the overall buzz was smooth and not overwhelming and delivered an even-keeled headspace.

Jane Grow #2 harvested a little more than 3.5 ounces from this Purple Monster plant. She has been a registered patient in Illinois since 2019. She moved from Colorado, where she had been a medical patient since 2017.

“I have been growing my own medicine for almost one year,” Jane Grow #2 said. “I started growing my own medicine because the dispensary prices are far too high for me to afford, when seeking proper treatment. I really enjoy growing at home. It has become a form of therapy for me, and it helps dramatically with keeping my severe PTSD symptoms away.”
