Spectra Sleep Gummies, by Revolution Cannabis, are 3:2:1 CBD:THC:CBN gummies. Each gummy contains 15mg of CBD, 10mg of THC, and 5mg of CBN with added linalool. The full ingredients are sugar, tapioca syrup, water, gelatin, palm kernel oil, cannabis extract, natural flavors, citric acid, malic acid, spirulina (color), salt, sunflower lecithin.

The translucent deep blue of the gummies appeared as lighter robin-egg blue through the thick sugar coating encrusting each nickel-sized circular gummy. Spectra Sleep Gummies were pectin free, making a firm chew similar to most mass-market gummy candies. The top of the flavor profile was sweet and tart tangerine, provided by the flavored sugar coating, but this was quickly replaced by sweet berry and floral tones before a hint of bitterness appeared at the finish. Overall, the flavoring choices made for a very natural and balanced taste profile.

Spectra Sleep Gummies had a gradual onset, gently guiding me into a state of fatigue rather than the abrupt impact I’ve experienced with other CBN-based sleep products. I felt a gradual heaviness enveloping my body, akin to laying under a weighted blanket, while my eyelids grew heavy. Mentally, I felt a sense of peace and at ease, yet fully present and able to attentively comfort my daughter when she woke up from a nightmare.
