Review: Amnesia Sour Diesel Live Resin by Bedford Grow
Sweet springtime sativas! I spoke during my last review about my tendency to gravitate towards sativas as the seasons start to turn warm, and I’m keeping that trend going. Bedford Grow’s wide selection of strains left me with several choices but the classic names “Amnesia” and “Sour Diesel” jumped out at me, and I was delighted to try the Amnesia Sour Diesel Live Resin picked up from Springfield Maribis.
Amnesia Sour Diesel is a sativa leaning hybrid cross of Amnesia and Sour Diesel. This batch of live resin tested at 79.12% THCA, 4.44% D9 THC, 2.19% CBGA, and 86.12% total cannabinoids. The primary terpenes were b-myrcene, limonene, and terpinolene. Small amounts of caryophyllene and pinene were also detected.

This gram fell on the saucier side of Bedford Grow’s extracts with a small pile of tiny chunks of diamond swimming in a generous pool of terpene heavy sauce. The thickness and stickiness of the sauce made for another easy to use (and dose) live resin.
The aroma from the jar was bright and tangy enough to almost seem sour. Tangy herbal green hops, hot diesel, and fresh lemons appeared on top of a bed of thick pine.

The sweet and sour aroma was so pleasing that I kept returning just for the scent. The flavor when vaporized carried the gassiness through, highlighting the diesel tones before the lemon and pine came in on the finish.
The effects here were as bright as the nose. My headspace opened up with a spacious clarity and a lighthearted smile took over my face. Tingly, euphoric, and energetic, the body buzz accompanied the open mindscape and really made for a perfect “work strain” for me.

Easy to focus with enough energy to take anything on, the effect profile from this Amnesia Sour Diesel (I imagine from the high CBGa numbers) was something I will keep coming back for.
