Review: B52 Bomber by Verano
When I chose to review the Sativa Flower category of the Illinois High Times Magazine People’s Choice Cannabis Cup, I wasn’t only motivated by the fact that the category had the most entries but also by a search for more motivating Work Sativa. There’s a real value to the clearheaded boost I get from the right strain, so I’m always on the lookout for another addition to our list. B52 Bomber, Verano’s sole entry in the Sativa Flower category, carried exactly the kind of experience I was looking for.
B52 Bomber is a sativa-leaning hybrid cross of Durban Poison and Blue Dream. This batch of flower tested at 0.841% THC, 20.436% THCa, and 22.956% total cannabinoids. This gram presented as one large rounded chunky bud with a tiny additional bud piece. Bright lime green throughout with a few darker sugar-leaf remnants and thin, wispy fire-orange hairs, this flower was studded with outreaching milky trichomes. Dense throughout, the flower provided a stickiness to the fingers after handling.

The aroma inside the jar was a strong blend of pine forest, cedar, lavender, berry, and cinnamon. The flavor carried the same weight as the aroma carrying the same pine, cedar, and cinnamon while the sweeter tones of berry and lavender disappeared. The heaviness hung around on the palate long after the bowl was finished.
B52 Bomber was an uplifting and euphoric experience, quickly providing a tingling sensation in my core and an uptick in my creative thinking. My head was cleared and I was able to work without the usual restraint of self-questioning and doubt for a time.
B52 Bomber relieved a considerable amount of physical inflammation all over, further contributing to the uplifting effects. B52 provided a real boost of clearheaded motivation and for me, a new addition to our Work Sativa reviews. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
