Review: Berry White Cartridge by matter.
Sometimes the name of a strain has nothing to do with the lineage, and sometimes it has everything to do with it. For the strain Berry White, it’s the latter. I’d been craving a strong blueberry flavored strain, and though I couldn’t find anything I wanted in flower, I noticed a Berry White cartridge on the Verilife Ottawa menu. I’m a fan of its parent strains, so I picked up a matter. Berry White Cartridge by PharmaCann.
Berry White is a hybrid cross of two classic stains, Blueberry and White Widow. This 1g of oil tested at 0.98% CBC, 3.63% CBG, 84.15% THC, and 87.78% total cannabinoids. Primary terpenes included limonene, linalool, β-myrcene, terpinolene, β-caryophyllene, and α-pinene.
The flavor delivered a sweet and sour blueberry, especially on the front of the inhale, and the backend added notes of pine, citrus, lavender, and cake. The exhale produced a cakey berry flavor that followed with notes of pine, citrus, lavender, and a touch of spice.
Though I don’t use vapes that often, this Berry White was the best blueberry flavored vape I’ve sampled and one of the overall best tasting vapes I’ve had. I really want to sample the flower to see if the flavor matches the cartridge oil.
The effects were strong with a quick onset with traditional hybrid effects. The head high was uplifting, especially early on, with an accompanying effect of relaxation. The balance of the hybrid strain landed with an upbeat and euphoric head high that also relaxed away the day’s tensions and a heavy and sedative body buzz that also relaxed away the day’s tensions.
At the end of the buzz, the sedation of the body buzz took over the mental high and leaned the hybrid more toward indica effects. I medicated with the Berry White Cartridge from early evening to late at night, while working, binging television shows, and gaming. I also used it while gardening, cooking, and being discreet around others. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, click here.
