Review: Birthday Cake Disposable Vape by Doc C
The world of cannabis has changed a lot in the past few decades. An all-in-one device in 2008 would have seemed like alien technology. Well, here we are in 2025, and I just picked up a Doc C Good Vibes Birthday Cake Disposable Vape to review.
The Doc C Birthday Cake Disposable Vape is a disposable vape filled with a distillate-based oil infused with botanically derived terpenes. This vape tested at 0.38% CBD, 70.82% THC, and 71.2% total cannabinoids.

A discrete black plastic device, two-and-a-half-inches tall, less than an inch wide, and less than a half-inch thick, the entire vape fit comfortably within my palm. There was a USB-C charge port and a white indicator light at the bottom. The top-right quarter of the device body was a clear visibility tank revealing a honey amber oil and stainless steel core. At the top a tapered, glossy black plastic mouthpiece completed the hardware. There were no buttons or settings and a hit to activate mechanism.
The vapor was dense, providing a blend of vanilla, butter, heavy cream, and uncooked dough that was less sweet than I initially expected. Each hit completely coated the palate, layering on with each pull.
The vape was fast acting, shifting my mood and awareness after a few long pulls. While my mood lifted, putting a smile on my face and reducing my anxiety load, my focus was completely obliterated, and I found it almost impossible to focus on a single task. A slow building pressure began to mount in my arms and chest but came and went surprisingly quickly, the mental shift outlasted the body buzz. Good for a quick break but short of a full medical sesh, this vape was a good fit for times when a full smoke wasn’t possible.
