One of the healthier steps I’ve taken this year has been eating more fresh fruit, especially berries. Now with the Spliff Society Blueberry and Goji Berry prerolls, I’m even smoking them. I recently picked up a Spliff Society Blueberry Booberry Cookies preroll and a Goji Berry Planet of the Grapes preroll to review.

Spliff Society Blueberry Prerolls come filled with Booberry Cookies, an indica-leaning hybrid cross of Blueberry Cookies and End Game #3. This preroll tested at 0.85% Delta 9 THC, 39.66% THCa, and 40.51% total cannabinoids. The Spliff Society Goji Berry Preroll comes loaded with Planet of the Grapes, an indica-leaning hybrid cross of Grape Diamonds and Chem D 95. This preroll tested at 0.54% Delta-9 THC, 23.72% THCa, and 24.62% total cannabinoids.

Both cone-style joints were just over three and a half inches with the Goji Berry coming in slightly longer than the Blueberry. Each one had a shining black and gold cigar wrap bearing the Spliff Society logo right at the point where the crutch met the body. The Blueberry paper was thick in a deep, sky-blue tone, while the Goji Berry was a thinner opaque orange, revealing the flower within.

The exterior aroma and flavor from dry pulls on the Blueberry preroll were provided by the paper, a hint of artificial berry among notes of fresh cedar and curing oak. On the burn, flavors of lime zest and pear provided a fresh inhale but a mix of sweet cream, cookie dough, clove, and turned earth made for a warm, lasting finish. Before lighting, the Goji Berry preroll carried notes of fresh dark berries, diesel, pine sap, and black pepper. The diesel coated the palate once the joint was lit with notes of blackberry jam and grape candy adding some intermittent sweetness.

Within minutes of finishing the Blueberry Booberry Cookies preroll, a bubbly, positive talkativeness, accompanied by a building wave of full-body euphoria, overtook me. Despite the uplifting headspace, my energy levels and focus remained steady. The Goji Berry Planet of the Grapes delivered a direct body load, quickly laying a heavy, tiring pressure on my arms and chest. Initially, the mental shift was a blank slate daze that wiped out my stress but took my focus with it. Eventually, this tapered down into a serene, stress-free headspace that allowed me to work while enjoying the body buzz.
