Review: Chem 91 RSO by PTS
For most products, the line between “medical” and “recreational” use can be blurry. During my days as a budtender, medical patients with truly debilitating conditions often searched for a higher level of relief than most products provided. I introduced them to RSO. The high dose, full spectrum oil is renowned for its powerful effects, and it’s a personal favorite for treating pain. Progressive Treatment Solutions produces its own label of RSO called The Antidote, so I headed to Consume Marion and picked up a half-gram Chem 91 to review.
Chem 91 is a hybrid cross of disputed origin. This half-gram RSO extraction tested at 16.5mg of CBDa, 333.35mg of THC, and 375.15mg total cannabinoids. This RSO came as an easy push syringe filled with black viscous oil. Notably, I used this oil over a month between other options and it kept its viscosity, easily flowing from the syringe with just a small amount of pressure. This, accompanied by the marked syringe, made dosing precise, and with the assistance of some simple math, I could target a desired mg easily.
One of the primary benefits to RSO is how flexible it is. Easily mixed into recipes or ready to eat food, the only limit to RSO is your personal culinary toolkit. Eaten straight, the Chem 91 RSO carried a spicy, herbal, and medicinal flavor that tasted like freshly picked cannabis leaves, black pepper, and jalapeno.
The RSO set in quickly relaxing me both mentally and physically. My joints became noticeably free of inflammation and easier to move while and overall warm blanket of pressure overcame my body. There was a sensation of weightlessness that persisted for hours at higher doses.
Mentally I remained very calm and collected, letting stress triggers pass me by without a reaction. This Chem 91 RSO had a tendency to pique my appetite as the effects began to wear off. Overall PTS has produced a reliable RSO that delivered on the medical effects promised. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
