Perfect for my citrus summer, Bedford Grow’s line of concentrates is bursting with fruit options right now. When a few of these fruity options appeared at Maribis Springfield, I was lucky enough to get my hands on a few. The first one I tried was Clemonade Crumble.
Clemonade is an indica leaning hybrid cross of Lemon G and Chem De La Chem. This batch of crumble tested at 70.62% THCA and 76.65% total cannabinoids. The most prevalent terpenes were β-caryophyllene, β-myrcene, and limonene.
This crumble came as a small solid sandy beige square, roughly half an inch across and an eighth of an inch thick. When pressed, the crumble flaked apart easily and took some scooping and pressing in order to wrangle a decent sized dose.
The aroma in the jar was tangy, almost sour, with notes of orange peel, fresh green grass cloves, and sweet lemon. When vaporized at a low temperature, the orange and lemon flavors came to the front and took on a candylike sweetness as it contrasted against cinnamon and clove flavors on the exhale.
The effects were more hybrid than indica and opened with a clear anti-anxiety headspace that increased my focus and my talkativeness. The body buzz built slowly over time but offered a noticeable relief from pain and inflammation at the hour mark. I never felt an increase in appatite, and the limonene provided enough energy that the indica style body buzz never made me tired.
I enjoyed a dose before and after hiking or working outside. Overall, Clemonde provided robust physical pain and inflammation relief without removing me from what I was doing mentally.
