Review: Dragon Punch Rosin Pearls by Grön
Rosin has gone from a boutique specialty concentrate to one of the most popular dab, vape, and edible infusion formats. Oregon gummy brand Grön has responded with a line of their signature Pearls focused entirely on the solventless concentrate. I recently picked up a pack of Grön Dragon Punch Rosin Pearls to review.
Grön Dragon Punch Rosin Pearls come as a 10-pack of gummies with 10mg of THC per piece. Besides a slightly flattened bottom, all the pearls came as perfect spheres dusted with a thick layer of sugar. Off-white with a slightly pinkish hue, the gummies had a cloudy translucency when held to a light. The pearls’ squishy bounce-back pushed against the first couple bites before falling apart.

Bright and tropical, the flavor was a punched-up version of a natural dragon-fruit tone. The front-end tanginess could have passed for a berry blend, but the back end of the flavor profile was wholly unique with a rounded tone that was reminiscent of natural melon. At the finish, a wave of roasted herb revealed the rosin infusion while providing a sticky aftertaste that clung to the palate.
Heavier than I anticipated, the pearls provided a building wave of indica weighted-blanket pressure by the 50-minute mark. The mental shift was lighter, pushing me to a relaxed but lighthearted and playful headspace. At the peak, my energy levels began to drop as the body pressure intensified, and my focus waned, making these a great nightcap edible.
The ingredients are corn syrup, sugar, water, gelatin, natural flavor, citric acid, fumaric acid, coconut MCT oil, rosin, natural blue color, and natural red color.
