Review: Dragonfruit LOL CBC Gummies by BITS
While THC still gets most of the attention, minor cannabinoids are starting to receive the focus they deserve, especially with edibles. Verano edible spin off, BITS, has built an entire line of gummies using secondary cannabinoids, such as CBG and CBC, to steer the effect profiles. I recently picked up a bag of the Dragonfruit LOL CBC gummies to review.
BITS Dragonfruit LOL CBC gummies came as a 20 pack of gummies with 5mg of THC and 5mg of CBC per piece. The ingredients are sugar, water, pectin, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavor, CBC, cannabis extract, cordyceps, sodium citrate, natural coloring, B12, B6, and MCT oil.

Each gummy came as a small orange-amber triangle embossed at the top with a slightly smaller triangle. Three quarters of an inch across at the widest point and just under a third of an inch thick, the small size made it simple to throw back several gummies at one time. The candies were dense with a pectin-heavy gumdrop style texture.
A sweet and tropical blend of dragonfruit, papaya, and mango started to cover my palate as soon as the gummies touched my tongue. Biting into the candies released a bitter note that competed with the fruity blend for dominance but never overpowered the sweet tone. Despite the strong bitterness at the center of the profile, the gummies left a clean palate behind.
My energy levels started to lift 30 minutes after my first dose. A wave of expansive clearheadedness and motivation followed. There was more clarity in the physical aspect as my aches and pains disappeared, and I became more sensitive to temperature and touch. The energy and clarity were exactly what I look for when defining “work sativa” strains. In fact, the Dragonfruit LOL CBC gummies boosted my perception and alertness so much that they made it hard to get to sleep if taken too late making them best fit for the beginning of the day.
