Review: Grape Stomper OG Ice Pack Infused Preroll by Rove
Many vape companies are tapping into their experience with concentrates and flavorings to enter the rapidly growing infused-preroll market. California-native Rove has released its Ice Packs line infused with rosin, diamonds, and hash. I recently picked up a Grape Stomper OG Ice Pack Infused Preroll to review.
The Rove Grape Stomper OG Ice Pack Infused Preroll is infused with rosin, THCa diamonds, hash, and botanical terpenes. Grape Stomper OG is a hybrid cross of Grape Stomper and NY OG Kush, originally bred by Gage Green Genetics. This preroll tested at 42.7% THC and 48% total cannabinoids.

This shorty preroll was right at two-and-three-quarters inches with a cream-colored Rove-branded crutch and the rest of the body completely encrusted in a fine layer of khaki-colored hash. As with most infused prerolls, the fine hash coating on the exterior helped to slow the burn and ensure an even joint all the way down.
Opening the jar released a sweet artificial grape tone reminiscent of the classic purple Kool-Aid at the top, with hints of gas and herbal funk lurking underneath. Lighting the joint flipped the profile on its head with notes of diesel, fresh cut greens, bell pepper, and wild grass hitting the palate before the sweet artificial grape returned to create a sticky, lasting finish.

Fast acting, the joint created a strong body pressure cascading from behind my eyes into my chest before I had finished smoking. The mental shift trailed this initial body pressure, slowly shifting me towards a carefree relaxation. Still leaving me playful and social, the heavy hitting Rove joint was good for a group setting.
