Review: Grateful Breath x Blue Dream Preroll Pack by Blaze
While some consumers reach for a preroll as an every-now-and-then experience, others rely on the format as their main consumption method. Producers have been responding by releasing more multipack options. I recently stopped at Consume Marion and picked up a Blaze Grateful Breath x Blue Dream Preroll Pack to review.
This preroll pack came as five 0.7-gram joints for a total of 3.5 grams. The sativa-leaning cross of Grateful Breath (OG Kush Breath and Joseph OG) x Blue Dream (Blueberry and Haze) tested at 1.66% THC, 20.01% THCa, and 22.1% total cannabinoids.

Not quite as small as a “dogwalker” and not quite as large as a one gram joint, these three-inch-long hemp-paper cones were an excellent “medium” preroll option. Cradled inside a form fitting plastic tray within a metal tin, these joints were made to travel, and the solid case made for five prerolls that burned evenly without any prework at all. Unrolling the tightly wound tips revealed a forest green, finely ground flower without much visual variety.
The aroma from the tin and a few long dry pulls produced a wide-ranging blend of creamy sweet dough, cut wild grass, hot diesel, and notes of skunk near the finish. In the smoke, the creamy dough was the star, leading the flavor profile and coating the tongue with hints of gassy diesel and previously undetected sweet berry pushing through right at the finish.
Grateful Breath x Blue Dream was fast to act, producing a serene and peaceful headspace within minutes. The physical aspect was slower to set in, building over a half hour, but relieved some notably stubborn chronic pain points at the peak. The calm-and-collected headspace was flexible enough that I could tap into it for focus during working hours or simply to let go at the end of the day. The middle of the road size and effect profile made for joints I could literally use anytime, anywhere.
