Review: Green Crack Prerolls by Legends
When life changes, so does my cannabis routine. Now that I am a world away from the 8-hour workday hourly grind I’ve been doing since age 19, I’ve been taking advantage of the freedom by adding more variety to my rotation, going after things I wouldn’t normally sample. Our Prerolls series always needs more reviews and attention, so I took a chance on Legends’ Green Crack Prerolls pack when I found it on the menu at Mission South Chicago.
Green Crack is a sativa leaning hybrid cross of Skunk #1 and an unknown indica. These prerolls tested at 0.21% Delta-9 THC, 17.95% THCa, 0.27% CBCa, 0.24% CBDa, and 24.54% total cannabinoids. Terpenes accounted for 1.54% of the total weight with β-myrcene, α-pinene, β-pinene, β-caryophyllene, and linalool being the most prevalent. Legends provides full terpene percentages on the jar label, something I always appreciate.
Five 1-gram prerolls came in a thick-sided slide out box, each complete with its own silicone filter cover. I took the time to give each one a thorough finger roll to redistribute the flower inside as these were tight at the top and loose at bottom, smoking unevenly without the pre-work.
The aroma before lighting was a mix of fresh pine, sage, moss, and sweet lime. The flavor carried the sweet lime and pine the strongest.
My buzz was light and refreshing. These Green Crack prerolls woke me up and jolted me with a wave of energy and a clear head. I used these to wake and bake multiple mornings in a row and enjoyed the boost in productivity I got out of them at the start of my day.
Physically, these Green Crack prerolls left a tingle in my arms and legs so light that I had to focus to really feel it. This made these even more suitable for my work routine. Despite the less than stellar cone packing, I enjoyed the energetic, clearheaded effects of these Green Crack prerolls. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
