Review: Jahmba Juice by Legacy
While some cultivators take the time to produce custom art for select strains, Legacy curates one-off bags and jars for its entire lineup. The recent Jahmba Juice release, harkening back to the juice pouches of my youth, caught my eye, so I recently picked up an eighth to review.
Jahmba Juice is a hybrid cross of Strawberry Cough and Banana OG. This batch of flower tested at 0.75% CBGa, 0.87% THC, 20.66% THCa, and 22.28% total cannabinoids. Terpenes were 2.45% of the total weight.

Two large, pointed cola tops were accompanied by one smaller popcorn-sized piece. All three were trimmed to a sharp, Christmas-tree point. The buds carried a uniform olive-green base tone highlighted by small turf-green remnants of sugar leaves and thick fire-orange hairs that had curled into the flower while drying. Solidly milky, the trichome layer brought further highlight to the visual profile. The flowers were dense in the palm but offered a lively bounce back when pinched.
The aroma was sharp, led by the burnt orange note of terpinolene, which was followed closely by notes of lemon cleaner, lime peel, dry hops, dill pickles, and under ripe melon. After a run through the grinder, additional notes of hot diesel and cut lumber came through to provide a warming finish. The sharp notes of lemon, lime, hops, and tangy-hot diesel carried over to the palate creating a lingering sour flavor that clung for several minutes.
A burst of creativity and openness took over my head, and my perceptual window widened around me. This creative openness was balanced by a strengthening wave of weighted-blanket pressure moving downward into my body from my crown. The physical heaviness kept the buzz from being highly productive, but I remained playful and social for almost an hour after smoking. The physical relief outlasted the mental buzz and worked particularly well for muscle relaxation.
