Review: Pootie Tang Crumble by Bedford Grow
The final concentrate from my recent run of Bedford Grow products procured at Maribis Springfield was another intriguing hybrid of strong kush genetics and heavy citrus flavors: Pootie Tang Crumble.
Pootie Tang is a sativa leaning hybrid cross of LA Kush and Tang Tang. This batch of wax tested at 70.60% THCA and 84.64% total cannabinoids. The most prevalent terpenes were limonene, b-caryophyllene, and b-myrcene.

A large dollop of thick deep amber colored wax, the appearance was similar to another Bedford Grow extract I’d recently reviewed, Orange Afghani. The moisture content here was high, but this wax had a great thickness and stickiness to it that made it very easy to work with, truly similar to warm candle wax.
The scent in the jar was very earthy with notes of fresh cut oak, pine, rich soil, black pepper, black tea, and light hints of candied citrus lingering on the finish. The flavor was a lot of the same dense earthiness with cedar and black pepper riding over hints of sweet citrus. The flavor was notably heavy.

Very faint euphoric body effects and a clear, open headspace made Pootie Tang the perfect wake up or lunchtime boost, especially on days when my workload was heavy. The energetic sativa effects were very uplifting while remaining easy going and never overwhelming.
Overall, Pootie Tang should please patients seeking the quick pick-me-up of a classic sativa alongside some intriguing earthy flavors.
