Review: Shutter Speed Disposable Vape by Daze Off
A couple of years ago, it was easy to stay on top of the Illinois cannabis market. There were a handful of cultivators, labels, and products to choose from. But as the market has evolved, it’s become increasingly difficult to keep up. One of the most efficient ways to stay informed is to talk to as many budtenders as possible. They’re on the front lines of the cannabis industry constantly learning about new products and brands. During a recent trip to Hatch Wheeling, I learned about Daze Off’s new half-gram disposables by Aerīz, with a helpful staff recommendation for the Shutter Speed strain.
Shutter Speed is a sativa blend of Jack Herer and Pink Lemonade. This disposable vape was distillate based and tested at 77.98% THC and 86.46% total cannabinoids.

Daze Offs half-gram disposable pens come as a black CCell vape half as wide as a Bic lighter and one-and-a-half times as long. There’s a small white LED indicator light near the bottom, a small visibility window at the top for tracking the remaining oil amount and a USB port at the bottom for charging. The Shutter Speed disposable was just as easy to use as any disposable vape. Simply, open the package, and hit it.
The flavor of this vape was subtle, a quality commonly found in Aerīz distillate vapes, making them an excellent option for customers who prefer discretion. While the flavor profile lacked complexity, it primarily offered notes of tangy lemon zest upon inhaling and hints of burnt orange peel upon exhaling.
Shutter Speed kept its sativa promise with a quick to set in boost of energy, focus, and an improved mood. At low doses, the physical profile was undetectable, and it was great for a quick anxiety release before heading out the door.
Higher doses created a tight pressure at my eyes and some torso heaviness while maintaining that energetic clearheadedness. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
