Review: Tropical Cookies Live Resin by Aeriz
The citrus summer marches on as I continue to seek out and explore as many citrus flavors as I can find right now. Menus across the state have been filling up with orange flavored genetics for a while now, but during my recent visit to Consume Marion, I spotted something new from Aeriz, Tropical Cookies Live Resin.
Tropical Cookies is a sativa leaning hybrid cross of Girl Scout Cookies and Tangie. This batch of live resin budder tested at 2.33% THC, 0.36% CBD, 72.78% THCA, and 78.90% total cannabinoids.

This live resin appeared as a clump of amber colored budder that stuck to the side of the jar. The moisture content was just right, and this truly had the consistency of room temperature butter. It was easier scooping out larger doses. Small amounts took some technique simply because of the stickiness.
The aroma was very fruit forward with mango, apricot, unripe berry, and candied lemon notes. Those bright tropical tones carried into the vaporization, and they really shine up front. As the flavor developed, the cookies in Tropical Cookies finally appeared as a sweet, creamy, and doughy finish.

The effects began as a clear wideopen headspace accompanied by a faint euphoric body sensation. My mood and motivation pickuped noticeable. Over time, the sustained energy and anti-anxiety effects made this perfect for a social night or even working in the garden. Overall, I enjoyed Tropical Cookies for it’s bright and summery flavors and effects.
