Starting May 28, Chicagoland residence will have one more dispensary to choose from when shopping for recreational cannabis products.

Illinois based Green Thumb Industries is opening its eighth cannabis store in Illinois.

The new dispensary is located in Niles at 9621 North Milwaukee Avenue.

Rise Niles will be Green Thumb’s eighth store in Illinois and 45th in the nation.

This is the third adult-use only store Green Thumb has opened in Illinois this year and its sixth across the country.

Rise Niles will offer online pre-ordering here for adults 21 and older and will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The new dispensary will start receiving online orders one hour after the store opens.

Rise Niles will not be able to do add-on purchases at the store. Orders not picked up cannot be held for next day.

At the time of this article, the dispensary menu lists Green Thumb’s Dogwalkers Mini Dog pre-rolls, which are a 5-Pack of hand packed joints loaded with premium Jet Fuel (G6) flower. The great thing about buying the Dogwalkers is that the brand donates a portion of its proceeds to deserving animal shelters across the country. So it’s easy to be high and feel good about yourself.

Rise Niles’ menu also lists four hybrid flower strains on its menu: 818 Headband (Little Egypt), Gelato (Verano), Liberty Haze (Little Egypt), and White Widow (Ascend).
