The Illinois Hemp Growers Association (IHGA) is set to celebrate its 5-Year Anniversary, which includes the 2nd annual Disc Golf Tournament. The 5-Year Anniversary and Disc Golf Tournament is scheduled for 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30.
