The City of Carbondale and Carbondale Main Street recently announced details for the 3rd Annual Hemp, Hops & Shrooms festival. The family-friendly event, located at the Downtown Entertainment and Events Plaza, is set for 3-10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.
