As the third year of legalization of cannabis rolls in, the Illinois cannabis industry continues to expand, and more events keep popping up.

Cannifest Chicago is scheduled to host its expo and Grow & Squish award ceremony January 29-30.

Cannifest Chicago is a celebration of community and cannabis and will host different vendors, exhibitors, breeders, seed banks, artists, nonprofit organizations, and more as part of its Seed Swap Circus, Community Choice Awards, Live Art and Music, Grow and Ganja Games, and Grow & Squish ceremony.

The Grow & Squish cultivation competition aims to connect the emerging Midwest cannabis community of home and commercial growers to Cannifest growing network of cultivators, breeders, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs in Humboldt County and beyond.
