Green Rose Dispensary is set to host its second annual 420 Sesh Fest Saturday, April 20. The Green Rose 420 Sesh Fest, located at 612 N. Wells Street in River North, is scheduled for 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and will feature a meet and greet with Grammy nominated rapper Vic Mensa.

Hosted in the dispensary’s large outdoor parking lot at Wells and Ontario, the 420 Sesh Fest is set to include live DJs, food trucks, Stiiizy tie-dye tent, and vendors, a magic show, fun activities, prizes, and cannabis product discounts. Vic Mensa will host the meet and greet from 3-4:40 p.m. that also will showcase his 93 Boyz line of cannabis products. Live entertainment includes DJ Papa G, BG the DJ, and DJ Thoti.

Sesh Fest 2024 is open to the public ages 21 and older. General admission is free with a $42 purchase at Green Rose Dispensary on the day of the event or $20 without a purchase. “Our inaugural 420 Sesh Fest was such a success last year, we decided to make it an annual event,” said Ross Morreale, Manager of Green Rose Dispensary. “We want to celebrate cannabis culture by providing a unique, fun, and joyful experience with lots of great entertainment and product discounts where everyone feels comfortable and welcome, whether they are experienced cannabis users or new to it and interested in learning more about cannabis now that it is legal in Illinois.” Green Rose opened a second dispensary in Lincolnwood in December of 2023 and will open a third dispensary in Harwood Heights this summer.
