The Illinois Department of Public Health Division of Medical Cannabis emailed notices to Illinois medical patients yesterday stating that the “Illinois Cannabis Tracking System is experiencing difficulties with patients in renewal status.”

The email continued with,  “We are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  If you are experiencing problems with your renewal process and your card expires in October 2021, please email: dph.medicalcannabis@illinois.gov for assistance. We sincerely apologize for the online registry troubles and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.”

The Illinois Cannabis Tracking System was updated recently and has the IDPH has not worked out all the bugs.
