For the first time since February, Illinois’ adult cannabis sales totals dropped from the previously month.

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation announced today that November sales totaled $75,199,344.33, which was $150,477,544.48 fewer than October total sales.

In-state resident sales also dropped from October, from 1,557,880 items sold for a total of $54,708,538.09 to 1,556,817 sold for a total of $54,536,551.74.

Out-of-state resident sales increased from October’s $20,569,662.06 to November’s $20,662,793.59.

For the year, Illinois has totaled 582,226,511.85 in total sales of adult-use cannabis.

In September, Illinois dispensaries totaled $67,648,362.14 in adult-use cannabis sales.

In-state resident sales broke the million mark in items sold for the third time this year at 1,426,166 for a new record total of $49,790,699.44.

Out-of-state residence sales for August also hit a record number at $17,857,662.70.

In August, Illinois dispensaries totaled $63,963,846.90 in adult-use cannabis sales.

In-state resident sales broke the million mark in items sold 1,359,311 for a new record total of $46,749,971.04.

Out-of-state residence sales for July also hit a record number at $17,213,875.86.

In July, Illinois dispensaries totaled $60,956,981.41 in adult-use cannabis sales.

In-state resident sales broke the million mark for the first time in items sold at 1,270,063 for a total of $44,749,787.69, which was more than any of Illinois’ first four month of cannabis sales.

Out-of-state residence sales for June hit a record number at $16,207,193.72.

In June, Illinois dispensaries totaled $47,646,437.25 in adult-use cannabis sales.

In-state resident sales of 994,545 items sold for a total of $35,256,165.45.

Out-of-state residence sales reached $12,390,271.80.

June’s total sales were $3 million more than May’s total sales.

In May, retailors totaled $44,317,385.72 in adult-use cannabis sales, which was more than $4 million more than Illinois’ first month record-breaking sales of $39,247,840.83.

Illinois dispensaries totaled $37,260,497.89 in adult-use cannabis sales in April.

These figures do not include taxes collected.
