The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation announced today recreational cannabis sales totals for October. The October sales total of $138,751,456.09 kept Illinois’ monthly sales totals on track in 2023 to eclipse the 2022 yearly totals of $1,552,324,820.37. With October sales totals, the 2023 yearly sales totals to date have reached $1,341,946,463.50 and should surpass the 2023 yearly totals in December.

October in-state resident sales reached $104,996,565.69, and dispensaries sold 3,744,862 total items in October. October out-of-state resident sales finished at $33,754,890.40.
