Review: Banana Candy and Green Apple Ice Disposable Vapes by Realeaf Botanicals
Craft label Realeaf Botanicals isn’t holding back, offering more than 20 different vape flavors through the label’s Skyy line. I picked up both the Skyy Banana Candy and Green Apple Ice Disposable Vapes to review.
Both flavors were distillate-based vapes infused with botanically derived terpenes. The Banana Candy tested at 4.28% CBG, 85.29% THC, and 92.67% total cannabinoids. Terpenes were 1.28% of the total weight. The Green Apple Ice tested at 3.76% CBG, 89.18% THC, and 85.32% total cannabinoids. Terpenes were 2.8% of the total weight.

Identical hardware for both flavors, a rectangular matte-black plastic vape just under four inches-tall and three-quarters-of-an-inch wide, and a quarter-inch thick, this disposable was discreet and easy to slip in and out of a pocket or toss into a bag. There was a small, stylized indicator light near the bottom and a tiny visibility window revealing the amber oil within. There was no charge port and a simple hit to activate mechanism.
Both flavors were strong, direct, and true to their names. The Banana Candy was an almost perfect facsimile of the classic banana runtz candy with an even sweeter backing tone. Quite sticky, the flavor coated the palate and clung to the tongue for several minutes after each hit. The Green Apple Ice was less direct, providing a faintly tangy apple-candy tone on the exhale of large pulls but remained light overall. Unlike the Banana, the Green Apple Ice had zero staying power on the palate or in the air making for a super-discreet vape.
The effect profiles for both vapes were similar and much more energetic than I anticipated, an outcome I owed to the relatively high CBG numbers in both. Waves of tingling euphoria built over fifteen minutes, accompanied by muscle relief in my core and back. My headspace expanded and the spacious unencumbered focus I have come to associate with sativas took over as my worries melted away. The mental shift was strong but short-lived as I found myself returning to my prior state within twenty minutes. Overall, both Realeaf Botanicals vapes provided direct flavor profiles alongside surprisingly uplifting effects.
