Review: Blue Razzleberry & Blackberry Mega Pearls by Grön
One of the medical benefits from having a nearly mature recreational market has been the expanded selection of cannabinoid-ratio gummies. Grön, which recently launched in Illinois, has used minor cannabinoids to create an entire line of ratio gummies. I picked up several samples to review, including the Blue Razzleberry Mega Pearl and Blackberry Mega Pearl.
One large gummy, the Blue Razzleberry Mega and Blackberry Mega were sugar-coated and made from full-spectrum extract. The dome-shaped Blue Razzleberry was a 1:1 ratio of 100mg of CBG and 100mg of THC, and the coin-shaped Blackberry Mega is an indica 1:1 ratio of 100mg of CBN and 100mg of THC. Each gummy was designed as one or two large doses for experienced consumers but also has subtle markings that divide the gummy into 10mg slices.

The Blue Razzleberry Mega smelled like a mix of blue and grape Kool-Aid and tasted like a blend of blueberries, boysenberry, and tart raspberry. The Blackberry Mega aroma and flavor hit with a sharp but sweet grape, blackberry, and blueberry mix. Both the sweet and tart berry flavors masked the gummies cannabis flavor fighting through.
The Blue Razzleberry Mega had medical effects I couldn’t easily find before the expanded cannabis market. The mix of CBG and THC offered an uplifting and mostly clearheaded high and a functionable body buzz. I dosed the Blue Razzleberry mostly in the afternoon or evenings to help the body aches and pains from sitting at a desk all day. The functioning head and body buzzes allowed me to keep working during times of the day that a normal THC gummy doesn’t allow me to do.
I switched the Blackberry Mega late at night when I wanted to keep medicating and wind down at night. The mix of CBN and THC offered a strong head high with a headband effect, especially around the temples and forehead. The body buzz slowly kicked in until it reached an overall sinking feeling. The Blackberry Mega delivered a sedated sensation once the effects started to fully kick in. Once I pushed beyond the initial sedation, I rode out the buzz until an heavier sedation kicked in toward the end of the buzz and led me into a heavy sleep.
