Back to reviewing gummies that are new to Illinois. This round is from Triple Crown, produced by Illinois craft grow licensee Wyvern Botanicals. I picked up the Chery Gummies and Grape Gummies from Hatch Addison to review.

The Chery Gummies and Grape Gummies from Triple Crown are made with all-natural ingredients, real fruit juice, and extracted cannabis. The gummies are gumdrop-shaped and lightly coated with sugar. The cherry flavored gummies were dark red and the grape gummies were a dark purple.

The Chery and Grape Gummies delivered a clean, simple aroma and flavor. The cherry hit with a sweet cherry note that turned a little sour on the back end. The grape followed suit with a sugary grape that stayed sweet throughout. Both reminded me of classic Kool-Aid flavors without the artificial notes. The flavors masked the hint of cannabis well.

The effects were upbeat with a steady momentum to the buzz. The head high was relatively clear and motivating. I was able to function on almost any task at hand. The body buzz started in the arms and legs and worked inward. The body buzz provided muscle and joint pain relief without causing couchlock. I medicated with these mostly in the evenings and night when I wanted relief without the sedation.

Ingredients included organic tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, water, pectin, less than 2% of: natural flavor, vegetable juice, citric acid, sodium, and carnauba wax.
