Review: Cookies & Cream Cereal Bar by Enliven
Enliven’s new line of cereal bars is focused on classic flavors. I’ve already reviewed the Fruity Pebbles version that transported me back to my childhood, and this time, I’m following up with the Cookies & Cream, another boyhood favorite. I stopped into Trinity on Glen and picked up a sample.
The Enliven Cookies & Cream Bar is 100mg total THC. The candy bar shaped cereal bar was a solid mass of cereal pieces, cookie chunks, and a thick marshmallow component that kept everything together. Four half-deep perforations split the bar into five easy to tear portions with roughly 20mg of THC per piece.

The Cookie & Cream cereal lent itself to being mixed into the marshmallow, carrying a classic chocolate and cream flavor that was reminiscent of the Hershey’s bar of the same name. The marshmallow was soft enough to still provide a satisfying stringy pull but dense enough to make for a solid one piece bar that didn’t leave my hands sticky. The addition of large cookie pieces added an extra dimension to the flavor and texture.
The Cookies & Cream cereal bar made for a classic edible experience with the effect profile reaching the peak after an hour. A significant wave of mental peace overtook my headspace and wiped away the worries that I had been carrying from the day. Inflammation relief set into my joints and back, my problem areas, and left them pain free for the better part of three hours. Overall, the Cookies & Cream bar provided another classic flavor experience and strong effect profile.
The ingredients included gluten free marshmallows (corn syrup, sugar, dextrose modified cornstarch, water), cocoa cereal (rice, sugar, cocoa, maltodextrin, malt flavor, palm kernel oil, salt) chocolate sandwich cookies (sugar, unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron,, thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (Vitamin B2), folic acid), palm and/or canola oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose com syrup, cornstarch, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), salt, soy lecithin, vanillin- an artificial flavor, chocolate, shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, palm oil, mono and diglycerides, TBHQ and citric acid (antioxidants), natural and artificial flavor, and beta-carotene (pro Vitamin A) added for color).
