Review: Crops Lime OG by Justice Cannabis Co.
A few weeks ago, I realized I had never tried flower from the Justice Cannabis Co. brand Crops, and though we don’t usually review strains twice, I picked up from Trinity Compassionate Care the Blue Agave and Lime OG. This review is for the latter.
Lime OG, bred by Exotic Genetix, is a sativa-leaning hybrid cross of a Lime Skunk mother and a Triple OG father. This eighth tested at 22.99% THCa, 1.25% Δ9-THC, 2.35% CBGa, and 26.59% total cannabinoids. The terpene profile reached a whopping 4.79% and led with terpinolene, ocimene, β-myrcene, limonene, α-phellandrene, and β-caryophyllene

This eighth came as one huge spade-shaped light-green bud and four smaller buds covered in creamy trichomes. The aroma from the glass jar exploded with a mix of sour lime, turpentine, and sharp citrus with notes of minty pine, earthy hops, and kush.
As with many terpinolene led strains, the flavor delivered that distinct and potent sour lime and skunk on the front end of the inhale, and then expanded to add notes of floral pine, sweet citrus, and minty hops. On the exhale, the potent tart-lime flavor tapering with added notes of minty skunk, orange citrus, creamy hops, and kushy pine.
The hybrid effects leaned more sativa with a clearheaded cerebral head high that added to my creativity and task at hand. But the head high also added a calming and content effect for work or relaxation. Late in the buzz, the head high became less focused and a bit fogged.
The body buzz crept in slowly, starting with the neck and worked its way down. The body buzz didn’t peak until late in the buzz and became heavier with each dose. The muscle relaxation, once settled, came as a heavy weighted feeling.
Overall, I medicated with Lime OG while working late at night for the clearheaded and creative energy for a few hours of work. Then when the body buzz peaked, I stopped working and started relaxing. For more Illinois News Joint reviews, visit here.
