Review: Escape Budder by Bedford Grow
By @Medsforheads
Daytime dabs must be chosen with care. The sheer concentration of active compounds in most strains can easily lead to groggy lethargy or a semi-delirious state comparable to sleepwalking after a generous helping. Go too far down the other side of the spectrum, however, and one may find themself fixated on details but missing the bigger picture, like trying to alphabetize a wardrobe by color. This Escape Budder by Bedford Grow exemplified the wake and bake, serving up motivation, focus, and environmental mastery for breakfast, with a tall glass of Arnold Palmer terps to drink.
Procured from Greengate Chicago, this meringue-like budder tested at a rather modest 65% THCa, leaving plenty of room for substantial terpenoid content with a major gust of terpinolene in the lead. A backcross of Amnesia Sour Diesel F2, Escape has surprisingly little impression of traditional Sour Diesel, instead expressing floral and fruity notes over the familiar pungent ones.

Aesthetically, the whipped texture and French’s yellow-mustard-color of this gram were exactly what I was hoping for. An outrageously loud aroma of lemon, black tea, honeydew melon, and geranium was enough to yank open my sleepy eyelids even at their heaviest, and a sizable helping of limonene contributed to the mood elevation which set the stage for a mild energy boost that I was able to run with at a regular, non-frenetic pace.
After a bright, juicy dab ripe with citrus and eucalyptus flavor, my world gleamed with positivity, and my heart felt full of gratitude for simply being alive. I was reminded by this sensation of Disney’s Snow White, when the chipper bluebirds parted the curtains to let in the sunshine before a day of work.

I should issue a word of caution to any users sensitive to fast-paced thoughts, as my attention tended to dart around from topic to topic, though I found this useful for multitasking. I recommend this product for anyone feeling bogged down by fatigue or depression, as I found it both uplifting and empowering.
