Review: Heavy Flow Daze Preroll by Dutchess Cannabis
I’m desperately trying to find an indica strain to grow that delivers a heavy drowsiness for sleep. I’ve been sampling potential indica strains from dispensary menus but am having a more difficult time than expected finding a night strain. For my latest search, I picked up a Heavy Flow Daze 1-gram Preroll from Dutchess Cannabis at the brand’s namesake dispensary, Dutchess North Riverside.
Heavy Flow Daze is an indica-leaning hybrid cross of Funky Charms and Runtz. This batch tested at 23.42% THCa, 0.55% THC, and 23.97 total cannabinoids. Primary terpenes included limonene, caryophyllene, and pinene.

The 1-gram joint had a plain-white crutch and was loosely packed, which allowed for an even and smooth burn. The aroma and dry pull delivered sweet kush, berries, and herbal mint. The flavor carried heavier notes of sweet fruit and blueberry with added notes of citrus, minty spices, and kush.
The effects started off with an uplifting, mood boosting, and clear head high that slowly tapered off, as the body buzz increased, into a mental calmness and stress release with more thought wandering. The body buzz delivered a heaviness that rushed the entire body at once. Once deep into the buzz, the waves of pain relief became a heavy-blanket feeling but without the physical couchlock. The Heavy Flow Daze Preroll also boosted my appetite. Toward the end, the physical and mental buzz became, though not a knockout for me, more relaxing and sedative.
