Review: Island Lime Haze and Lavender Jones Disposable Vapes by Rythm
After taking four disposable vape pens with me on vacation last week, I vowed never to travel without them again. Two of those disposal pens were Island Lime Haze and Lavender Jones by Rythm.
While at NuEra Urbana, I wasn’t expecting to grab anything extra than the Island Lime Haze disposal pen for review. But NuEra had “710 deals” that listed the Lavender Jones for $10, so I purchased it. And I’m glad I did. These two disposable pens were perfect morning and day medications while relaxing poolside and on the beach.
Island Lime Haze
The Island Lime Haze disposable pen offered everything I needed in high-energy sativa strain. The uplifting euphoria is creative and focused without losing any of the intensity of the head and body buzz. The strain’s kinetic buzz had me extremely motivated and stimulated, but then I’d realize I’m on vacation trying to be lazy.
Along with coffee, I used the Island Lime Haze pen for a morning pick-me-up. Then continued the doses throughout the day to stay energetic and focused. The effects also offered an unexpected anti-inflammatory that soothed my muscle tension and soreness. Island Lime Haze’s happy head high had me all smiles while medicating.
Island Lime Haze is a cross of Cantaloupe Haze and Blue Jam (Atomic Haze x Blueberry) and my pens THC levels clocked in at 80.83%. The oil delivered a spectacular fruity flavor, with notes from the cantaloupe, blueberry, and other tropical flavors. Rhythm’s pens use the highest quality, full-spectrum cannabis oil, enhanced with CCELL hardware. These sativa full-plant extracts contain no fillers, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, or additives.
Needless to say that these pens are discrete and can be hit nearly anywhere. And while on vacation, I secretly proved that point again and again They can be hit while on the road, at home, indoors, outdoors, and “I heard” they can be hit in the long hall of a very expensive restaurant. For afternoon medication, I switched from the Island Lime Haze to the Lavender Jones disposable.
Lavender Jones
Lavender Jones, also known as Purple Jones, is a (60% sativa/40% indica) hybrid cross between Purple Urkle with Casey Jones. This disposable pen oil clocked in at 83.21% THC levels and delivered a strong cerebral, euphoric, and mentally wondering high without falling into thoughlock or racing thoughts.
The Lavender Jones disposable was perfect for the beach, which was what I saved it for. The body buzz relaxed my muscles so I could enjoy myself without pain and still function physically. The buzz was good for chilling in the shade or in the waves.
The oil’s pleasant flavor matched the smooth buzz. The myrcene and linalool terpenes delivered strong floral and sweet grape taste on the inhale and exhale. And the caryophyllene and humulene terpenes added undertones of a sweet earthy spice at the end of each inhale and exhale. The Lavender Jones disposable had me in chill mode the entire time. It also boosted my appetite more than I expected.
If I’m traveling or need near total discreteness, I’m going to go with a disposal vape every time. Paying the extra money for the disposable (when it’d be cheaper to buy cartridges for my personal vape) was well worth the convenience while on the road. Island Lime Haze and Lavender Jones were the perfect duo of pens to take on a great vacation (though next time I may include an indica dominate strain for late night use).
