Review: Strawberry Cough Pod by Rove
Recently, I reached a new high point on miles traveled and vapes used. My latest addition to the list was a Rove Strawberry Cough Pod I picked up to review.
Rove Strawberry Cough pod was a melted-diamond-based oil infused with botanically derived terpenes. This pod tested at 92.3% THC and total cannabinoids. The indicated terpenes were linalool, b-caryophyllene, and limonene.

Just over 4-inches tall and a quarter-inch thick, the Rove hardware was long and slender. There was a USB-C charge port at the bottom, a large diamond-shaped oil window revealing the transparent straw-colored oil, and a small indicator light in the shape of the Rove “R” Logo. The battery had two heating levels and a 2-second pulse pre-heat mode.
The flavor was simple and direct, a clean, sweet artificial berry note was consistent from inhale to exhale. Surprisingly sticky, the jammy fruit tone remained detectable on the palate for several minutes after a sesh. There was no indication of the cannabis at any point in the flavor profile.
The Rove Strawberry Cough pod slowly lifted my energy levels, while a distractible haziness overtook my awareness window. The physical aspect was even slower to build, finally providing a wave of headband pressure by the 15-minute mark. The energy burst was strong enough to keep me open and sociable despite the perceptual haze.
