Review: Strawberry Lemonade High Dose Drink Mix by Vibations
Infused drinks and drink mixes have started to mature as a market segment, reaching towards higher dose options to match consumer preferences. MariMed imprint label Vibations has followed this trend, introducing a high-dose version of its drink mixes. I recently stopped at Thrive Anna and picked up a pack of High Dose Strawberry Lemonade Drink Mixes to review.
Vibations Strawberry Lemonade High Dose Drink Mix comes as two packets of drink mix with 50mg of THC per pouch. Each pouch was filled with a bright-pink, superfine powder that fit easily into the headspace of a standard bottle of water. A few quick shakes dissolved all the powder, taking the water from clear to a bright, slightly translucent pink. Despite the substantial shift in flavor and color, the powder didn’t shift the water’s mouthfeel.

The first sip was sweet at the top, with a lemon sharpness following closely. The flavor was more of a vague berry tone than a specific strawberry flavor, but it helped to round out the acidic-lemonade base. Underneath this sweet and tangy profile, a bitter, slightly medicinal tone built to a crescendo at the finish. The slight bitterness on the finish invited follow-up sips.
Fast acting was an understatement. I started to feel effects within five minutes and reached a peak within fifteen minutes. Functional with a clear serenity replacing my low-level anxiety, the headspace was a good fit for focused work. The physical effects were lighter, reducing my pain points with some light tingling without completely replacing them. Overall, the higher dose made these drink mixes a realistic option for heavier consumers like me.
