Review: Tangie Crush and Berry Drip Guap RSO Gummies by Savvy
I’ve never really had Guap, but I am an avid fan of RSO. Verano’s brand Savvy recently launched Guap RSO Gummies in Illinois, utilizing the money theme in appearance and name for its new single-dose edibles. I picked up from ZenLeaf Lombard the Tangie Crush and Berry Drip Guap RSO gummies to review.
The Savvy Tangie Crush (sativa) and Berry Drip (indica) Guap RSO gummies, respectively, came as a single-doze edible shaped as a money bag with a $ symbol on the front. About 2-inches tall, 1-inch wide, and a quarter-inch thick, the small gummy contained 100mg of TCH, tailored for one macrodose for those who do not want to eat ten gummies at once. The money bags had no perforations to breakdown the gummy into smaller doses, and it was a bit of a guessing game if I did want to measure a smaller dose.

Each of the one-bite-sized money bags had a little resistance to the first bite, but after a couple chews, the gummies softened and eventually dissolved in the mouth. The Tangie Crush flavor hit with sweet orange tang on the front end with hints of citrus, lemon, sweet berries, and cannabis that came and went with the orange and citrus-fruit highlights. The Berry Drip delivered a fruit medley flavor containing blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, and lemon, which seemed to mask the cannabis flavor a little less than the Tangie Crush.
As mentioned, I am an avid fan of RSO. The full-spectrum high kicks my chronic pain in the sweet spot harder than most other infused gummies. The Tangie Crush and Berry Drip Guap RSO gummies continued that body-pain relief and added a stronger head high than expected with added headband feeling. I usually can’t differentiate between sativa and indica gummy effects, but the head high for the Berry Drip provided more thought wandering, thoughtlock, and drowsiness than the Tangie Crush. The Tangie Crush head high was more functionable but, overall, still not suited for highly social situations.
Both flavors delivered a heavy body buzz, starting with a floating sensation throughout the body that released tension and further calmed the mind. The body buzz became heavier until it felt like a weighted blanket covering the entire body. Both flavors provided a sedative effect, especially on the back end of the buzz, and helped relieve my chronic muscle pain for a good night of sleep. The Guap RSO gummies consistently boosted my appetite to the point of munchies.
