Before the month ends, I have to squeeze in a review for my June Hemper Box.

The Hemper Box is the premium monthly subscription box for smoking essentials, limited edition smoking accessories, and celebrity curated lifestyle brand.

Hemper, and online store stocked with products from premium brands, curates supplies for customers daily smoking needs.

And their specialty is a monthly Hemper Boxe full of goodies.

Each Hemper Box comes equipped with the gear needed to roll up smokes, new ways to burn herb, and more.

My June Hemper Box included the following.

 

Jellyfish Jar Bong

All Hemper Boxes include a limited edition glass piece exclusive to subscribers. My box included the Hemper Jellyfish Jar Bong. Inside the jar-shaped Jellyfish Jar is a pink jellyfish with red eyes and nose. Four tentacle water pipes spread out to percolate the water that rises around the jellyfish and through the angled tube pipe at the top. The Jellyfish Jar Bong came with a 14mm glass bowl.

The benefit of the Jellyfish design is that it’s near impossible for the bong water to reach my mouth. I prefer to fill the water about a half-inch above the bottom of the tentacles for a lighter pull. The bowl allows for small and big loads, and the smoke swirls through the bong for a smooth, heavy hit. The Jellyfish is perfect to grab for quick rips after waking up or before heading head out. With some creeper weed and a quick smoke session, I had already reached my destination before the full force of the high had hit me. My Hemper Box also included products to help maintain my new Jellyfish Jar.

 

Plugs and Caps

My Hemper Box came with two medium sized plugs and one large plug to help clean my Jellyfish Jar. The bright green plugs and caps are designed to universally fit almost any glass piece, with any joint, whether male or female. I haven’t actually used these because regularly changing the water has kept my Jellyfish Jar relatively clean so far.

 

Hemper Cleaning Bristles

Instead of an overall cleaning with solution, I have picked and poked with the cleaning bristles to clean a couple dirt areas on the Jellyfish. I have also cleaned my pipe and poked a pinch hitter. The pack of 44 pipe cleaners with tough bristles can be used universally to help clean nearly any smoking device. Years ago, I used a type of these cleaners for a pipe with a very small hole in the bowl but stopped once I lost the pipe. Operating the Hemper pipe cleaners reminded me of how useful they are.

 

JOB Cones

Besides the Jellyfish, my second favorite item in the box is the six-pack of OCB Job Virgin Unbleached Cones. The cones are made with minimally processed unbleached papers made from sustainably harvested forest fibers to help provide smooth smoke sessions. The cones have a natural brown color, plant based gum line and watermarked with the vintage Job logo.

I am a terrible joint roller, so cones are the perfect substitute. The 1.25 inch cones have built-in tips and are vegan and GMO free.

I loaded two cones with grinded up Wedding Cake and packed one a little tighter than the other to better judge the third one. The pack I desired was somewhere in the middle. Though all the cones burned with a nice slow and even burn, the fourth cone burned at the perfect pace for me.

 

OCB Rolling Papers

For the OCB Rolling Papers, I had to break out my rolling machine to ensure a consistent roll. OCB papers are some of the purest and cleanest rolling papers available. OCB Organic pure flax papers are beyond lightweight and ultra-thin.

Even I rolled a joint that burned unevenly with a smooth taste.

Each single leaf is made of a watermarked pure flax paper for quality assurance and Arabic Natural Gum that has been extracted from East Africa.

The single pack contains 32 rolling papers. They are 98x53mm and made in France.

 

Twisted Hemp Wraps

I have not been able to sample the Twisted Wraps, which is touted as a much healthier alternative to standard papers or tobacco leaves. Hemp wraps have a tendency to last quite a bit longer in their packaging than traditional options. Hemp wraps don’t contain nicotine are non-habit forming. Hemp is all-natural and doesn’t contain the harmful chemicals or gums of competing materials.

 

Glass Filter Tip

The Hemper glass filter tip is a nice reusable substitute for paper rolling filters and helps to enhance a joint’s flavor. The filter tip allows me to smoke the joint down to the end without burning paper or fingertips. With rubbing alcohol and a cleaning bristles, the filters are easy to clean.

Clipper Lighter and Limited Edition Sticker

My Hemper Box also came with the only lighter I use, a Bic, as well as a limited edition sticker.
