Aura Rewards offers a 3-tier system where customers can earn 1 Orb per dollar spent. As customers continue to shop with them, they will increase in tier and earn an Orb Multiplier (Sapphire 1.0X Orb Multiplier, Emerald 1.2X Orb Multiplier, Amber 1.5x Orb Multiplier). Customers also can redeem their orbs for dollars off purchase, redeem for branded accessories (AuraLight grinders, hitter boxes, rolling trays, lighters, 510 thread batteries), and pieces of glassware. In addition, customers receive 25% off 3 visits when they sign up for Aura Rewards. These three 25% off discounts do not expire.

AuraLight has a 6-kiosk ordering station that can be used to place online orders or to browse the menu. They also offer cashless debit transactions and a curated glass display of high-quality pieces, ranging in price point and uniqueness. The AuraLight team will add products to its ordering sheet if a customer request them and carries doorbuster, BOGOs, daily discounts, and other deals, including evergreen discounts for birthdays (30%), medical patients (25%), Veterans and military (20%), cannabis industry workers (15%), senior citizens (15%), first responders (15%), teachers (15%), students (15%), SSI (15%), and stackable early bird and rush hour discounts (5%).
