NuEra Urbana is located at 105 East University Ave. in Urbana. The retail store opened in 2007 and serves recreational consumers and medical patients. Hours of operation are Monday to Wednesday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Thursday to Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

The retail store offers curbside pickup, 5% rewards program for medical patients, $100 in discounts for new or renewing patients, online pre-ordering, menus on iPads at each register, ATM onsite, ordering kiosk, free parking, weekly specials, and walk in SESH to help with obtaining a medical card.

For the community, nuEra Urbana is committed to giving back in a variety of ways. The retail store donates to various food banks and local charities throughout the year and was 2022 C-U Pride Parade Winner.
