For Illinoisans searching for some Halloween fun a week before the holiday hits, two Halloween-themed events are set this weekend.

Saturday, October 23, Aroma Grow Store in Wheeling is hosting free Stoned to the Bone Halloween Bash.

The Stoned to the Bone Halloween Bash consists of a costume contest, a pet costume contest, beer keg, games, and tarot card readings.

The bash starts at 6 p.m., and the costume contest starts at 7 p.m., and the winner wins a clone light. The bash has no set end time.

Aroma Grow Store is located at 668 Wheeling Road.

Sunday, October 24, Higher Harvest, a hydroponics equipment supplier in Bloomington, is hosting its inaugural Croptober.

Croptober with Higher Harvest will host live glass blowing, vendors, food, raffles, local breeders, and giveaways
