Green Rose Dispensary is set to host a Grand Opening event to celebrate its new Lincolnwood location from 12-7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13. Green Rose Lincolnwood, located minutes from the Edens Expressway at 4656 W. Touhy Ave., will be Green Rose’s second dispensary in Chicago. Free tickets can be reserved here.

Green Rose Lincolnwood is set to host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. with Lincolnwood Mayor Jesal Patel and other local and state officials. Green Rose is the first cannabis dispensary to open in Lincolnwood. As part of its grand opening, Green Rose will offer a special promo for the month of January. Buy two products and get a third one for a penny. Grand opening festivities include live DJ’s, vendor pop ups, fun food, and a month-long grand opening promotional deal.

The Chicago-based company opened its flagship store in Chicago in the River North neighborhood at 612 N. Wells in November 2022. It was the first social equity dispensary in Illinois to pass state inspection. Green Rose is bringing its “elevated” cannabis experience to Lincolnwood and the north suburbs with its designer décor, trademark green rose wallpaper, friendly and experienced budtenders, discounted prices, and a vast array of products from the top producers in Illinois. Green Rose Lincolnwood is open seven days a week from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. with free parking.

According to Green Rose, “The Chicago based Green Rose is an independently operated cannabis dispensary. Unlike the large multi-state operators who own most of the dispensaries in the Chicago suburbs, Green Rose does not have its own wholesale products to promote and sell. That gives it the freedom to sell a wider and better variety of products and more flexibility on pricing, which benefits consumers.”
